What do you call a ride that goes zero-to-a-zillion in one second?
What would you call Canada’s fastest electric launch coaster that blasts off through a LED light tunnel and flies around a twisted track, within a super, natural west coast setting?
Playland at the PNE is looking for help to name the new Launch Coaster - because "the new Launch Coaster" just isn't going to work as a name.
We’ve got yellow track, magenta structure, black cars, and a really cool ride environment planned, but what we need now is a name.
Please submit your name idea on this via namecontests.com (this site) where a registered account or Facebook account is required. Names commented on Facebook/Instagram will not be eligible entries for the contest.

All entrants will be entered to win an invitation for two to the launch party of the ride that will soon be formerly known as "the New Launch Coaster".* There are 10 chances to win, but only one entry per person, so start thinking! (Travel costs are not included.)
If your ride name idea is chosen by the PNE’s committee, you will receive 2 season passes to Playland (valued at $258), and an invitation for two guests to the coaster launch celebration. (Travel costs are not included.)
The PNE reserves the right to not select a name from the submitted entries.
Only the first entry of a name will be accepted. The contest closes at midnight March 12, 2023. No purchase necessary. Only open to Canadian residents, 18 years and older.
